Q: Notifications are not working

A: Please check if push notifications are enabled in Settings > Push Notifications. Also verify that Intimeus has notification permissions enabled in your device's system settings.

Q: My data is not saving

A: Please check your internet connection and try logging out and back in. If the issue persists, please contact us via email.

Q: I want to delete my account

A: You can do this from Settings > Delete Account. Data will be immediately and permanently deleted with no possibility of recovery.

Q: I want to change the language setting

A: You can select your preferred language from Settings > Language. We support Korean, English, Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese.
