1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Intimeus mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Intimeus is a productivity mobile application that helps users manage daily tasks and build healthy routines. The App provides features including:

• Task management and organization
• Routine creation and tracking
• Progress analytics and insights
• Cross-device integration

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App

3.2 Account Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You may not share your account credentials with others

3.3 Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
• Terminated accounts will have all data immediately and permanently deleted

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create in the App
• You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your content
• You must not upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content

4.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to use the App to:

• Create content that violates laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Distribute spam, viruses, or malicious code
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

4.3 Content Backup

• You are responsible for backing up your important content
• We provide cloud storage to securely store your data
• We are not liable for any loss of user content

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Use automated tools to access the App
• Interfere with the App's operation or security
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 App Ownership

• The App and its features are owned by Dong-Keon Kim
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App
• This license does not grant you any ownership rights

6.2 Trademarks

• "Intimeus" and related marks are our trademarks
• You may not use our trademarks without permission
• Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We may suspend service for maintenance or updates

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App
• We are not responsible for third-party content or services

8.3 User Responsibility

• You use the App at your own risk
• You are responsible for any decisions made using the App
• The App is not intended to replace professional advice

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dong-Keon Kim from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your content or activities in the App

10. Modifications to Terms

10.1 Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms in the App
• Sending email notifications (if applicable)
• Displaying prominent notices in the App

10.2 Acceptance

• Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance
• If you disagree with updated Terms, you must stop using the App
• Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting

11. Third-Party Services

11.1 OAuth Providers

The App integrates with third-party authentication services:

• Google Sign-In
• Kakao Login
• Apple Sign-In

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11.2 Third-Party Liability

• We are not responsible for third-party services or content
• Integration with third-party services does not constitute endorsement
• Third-party availability may affect App functionality

12. Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

• We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication
• Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, South Korea
• You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Miscellaneous

We may assign these Terms without notice. You may not assign your rights under these Terms.
